Our Approach
We coordinated financial disclosure for both parties and facilitated structured negotiation sessions to arrive at a mutually acceptable settlement. Court proceedings were avoided.

A consent order was finalised covering property transfer terms and fund division within four months. Both parties were able to move forward without an adversarial hearing.
