How Oakhelm Came to Be
Oakhelm was established by practitioners who had seen, first-hand, how adversarial legal approaches could compound an already difficult situation for families. The practice was formed around a different model — one that prioritises open communication, fair dealing, and outcomes that families can actually live with.
Based at Jalan Ampang in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, the firm serves clients from across Malaysia navigating divorce, custody arrangements, and matrimonial asset matters. We work across both civil and syariah jurisdictions, with particular attention to the nuances that each framework requires.
